I walked away for a few days, pondering the new plot thread. It’s not a bad thing, just … unexpected. Ahh … the life of a writer.
So today, I am determined to write once more, to wrestle with the new and old ideas. To manage all my characters problems. It reminds of an old commercial that use to play. A couple of school age boys, banging little hammers upon square pegs, trying to get them to fit into round holes.
“A little harder Charlie, it’ll fit.”
Uhhmm … I don’t think so. It’ll take some time before everything falls into place. But it will. It will fall into place, with time, diligence and a saw.
