What I noticed, after I arranged them and started to really look at the list, was that I don't have any particular theme. There's horror, classics, junk food for the mind, chick lit, paranormal, adult, erotica, YA, middle grade ... heck just about everything and I haven't listed all the books I've read in my thirty something years. Though I do seem to have an aversion to anything like self-help or auto-biographies.
So now I'm extremely curious to see other peoples library. It can't just be me. As I grew older, as life happened, my tastes changed or took a different path. I still read certain books once a year. Pride and Prejudice is on my MP3 player and I've a copy of Outlander in my car just in case I break down and need to wait for several hours. I checked my sisters bedroom, we have very different tastes now, and found that her tastes changed about ten years ago.
Ah well, curiosity keeps me going. I'm still trying to get over the Crimson Tide rolling over my Tigers last night. My students seemed to be particulary upset over the defeat
